Rachel’s running journey has included highs and lows, including completing the 2012 London Marathon (without walking!) and qualifying for the use of #oneinamillion (the campaign created to celebrate everyone who has run the event since 1981. This memory sits alongside falling in the first mile of the 2014 Fleet Half Marathon and having to catch up shedding blood as well as sweat.
When not running, Rachel enjoys using her skills as a sports and remedial massage therapist to help others achieve their goals. She’s also partial to always having a plan on the go for her next travel adventure.
