You are welcome to attend up to three training or group run sessions before deciding whether to join the club.  Please let the session leader know if you are attending a trial session or are a new member!

Please note that sessions may be subject to change or cancellation due to issues such as weather conditions or coaches’ unavailability.  We will try to let you know on the website, Facebook or via email if at all possible, but please be aware that sometimes changes or cancellations will need to be made at the last minute and we may not be able to let everyone know.
