Monday 7.00pm (beginners)
from Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, Hook RG27 9NN
We set training plans and incorporate them into our sessions, which include tempo runs, reps and hills. These sessions are designed to be inclusive of runners of all abilities – run at your own pace towards your own goals.
Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes including a warm up and cool down with stretches. Wear trainers and bring a bottle of water, especially in the warmer weather. During winter you will be asked to wear hi-vis for your safety.
These sessions meet at Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, except on the first Thursday of each month when we hold a Handicap session which starts at the Raven.
