Tuesday Training

Tuesday is Training Day at 8.45am and 7.30pm

from Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, Hook RG27 9NN

At Hook Runners, we set training plans and incorporate them into our sessions. Training on a Tuesday is similar to our coaching sessions and includes tempo runs, reps and hills.  These sessions are inclusive of runners of all abilities. Run at your own pace towards your own goals. 
Sessions will last approximately 45 min including a warm up and cool down with stretches. Wear trainers and bring a bottle of water, especially in the warmer weather. During winter you will be asked to wear hi-vis for your safety.
These sessions meet at Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft.
