Motivational Mondays

These are sessions are open to everyone but are focused on newer runners who have just completed the ABC and those returning from injury. They are highly recommended as a means of improving form and stamina for those at all levels.  Come along and see!

Unless otherwise stated, we gather at 7pm on Monday nights at the Community Centre.

25/03/19 – 2 blocks of 4x400m with 200m recoveries
01/04/19 – Short Hill reps: 10x60s efforts
08/04/19 – 600m intervals
15/04/19 – Short, sharp, speed: 200m reps.
22/04/19 – Longer threshold runs: 800m repeats
29/04/19 – Timed pyramids
06/05/19 – 2 mile Time loop re-run! – This will give you a good idea of how well the training has improved your running over the past few weeks.
