Social runs

Dawn Patrol - 6:00 am Monday and Friday mornings.

Recovery Run - 7:00pm Monday night. About 5K, all abilities welcome!

Sunday - 8am and 9am - usually several runs with different distances and pace.

All training sessions and social runs usually meet at Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, RG27 9NN.

ParkRun

Our home event is Edenbrook ParkRun, in the grounds by Fleet Leisure Centre. You’ll see Hook Runners in their purple shirts taking part almost every Saturday morning at 9:00am. Come and say hello!

Our next nearest is Basingstoke ParkRun in the centre of the town and again there are usually a number of Hook Runners taking part every Saturday morning.
