Southern Cross Country League (SCCL)
SCCL - The most muddy fun on a Sunday!
The Southern Cross Country League consists of 24 clubs based around the Hampshire/South Central UK area including Hook Runners. Each season five or six cross country events are organised, each of approximately five miles (8km). The season runs from October to March, events are approximately once a month over this period. Its great fun and is open to all members of Hook Runners (provided you have not run faster than 5:30 minute mile pace for men and 6:00 minute mile pace for women over 5+ miles in the last 12 months) and you must compete in purple Club kit.
