We currently have three sessions each week at the following times;

All training sessions meet at Hook Community Centre, Ravenscroft, RG27 9NN**
Each training session lasts approximately 45 minutes including a warm up and cool down with stretches. If attending we ask that members wear running shoes and bring a bottle of water, especially in the warmer weather. During winter runners will be asked to wear hi-vis and a head torch or lights for their own and others safety.
The training session details (for the current quarter) can be found here.
Dates/times of each session can be found in our calendar. If you have any questions please get in touch.
